The City Council of September 28, the Mayor responded to the letters of the Circle of stray dogs on the PD and the municipal nursery also taking firm commitments.
Regarding the question strays we are satisfied that the City Council has welcomed the initiative and willingness to implement some of our proposals: Free install distributors of pallets and gloves for sanitary removal of excreta ; more control and more timely compliance with its responsibilities by calling, too, economic owners of dogs and find a picnic area bounded by the movement of the same.
Regarding the issue municipal nursery we note that the Administration has taken, finally, the commitment to prepare a list to be used to replace teachers if necessary.

Today accuse me of having done so against Antonio Santangelo, yesterday you did against the late Rocco Cammarota. As I've already tell they are not political judgments, but vile slander especially when they involve people who can no longer deny them directly. Luckily for me to talk about the facts, the conduct and respect for the families of people who are gone.
Indignation el'indisponibilità the comparison is not the reaction of the touchy political, sectarian, committed to defend his piece of the chair, but the person grew up with the values \u200b\u200bof loyalty, respect and consistency. To answer your question, I do not know if I would have chosen that track and I do not mind being on the margins of history and politics. I can only tell you that I did with the same passion and commitment to the student representative, the party secretary, the city council, the conscientious objector in a community of people discharged from Don Uva Power, partner AVIS, the editor of a newspaper in the country and the membership of the PD. Why is it important to have passion, civic engagement and do not make the horror of the man who did nothing because he could do very little (Sorry Personal quotes but they were preparatory to answer).

In the wonderful page that closes this issue of Altreconomia, Roberto Mancini reveals the mechanisms that make us numb on one side, the other tolerant of any injustice or oppression, even to ourselves.
Faced with this today, and extensive process of trivialization of evil "- as Mancini calls it - and in front of the rubble - social, political, economic - are seeing a little 'stunned, we are all called to a serene and unconscious assumption of responsibility.
Serenity lies in understanding that, by its very nature, the assumption of responsibility includes the acceptance that not everyone will respond to this call. Quietly, in fact we have to get used to the idea that responsibility is not fair, not all, even if called, will make it their own. And then the weight of this - patience, in the etymological sense - will impinge on few. (However, patience can not be sacrifice, which usually demands something in return for a fee, a settling of scores).
Unconsciousness is rather obvious is that the failure of reasonable people, who, animated by the best intentions and naively disregarding the fact, believe they can rebuild the scaffolding collapsed using some 'reason. Sixty years ago, April 9, 1945, died in prison hanged Flossembürg the German theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer, at just 39 years. He was arrested two years ago for conspiring to murder Hitler, then failed in an attack (the picture of Bonhoeffer deserves much more memory that we are capable).
Of the period spent in prison there is the extraordinary correspondence in the famous collection volume and yield strength (published in Italy by St. Paul): a lesson that everyone should hear. "We have experienced and thought too much in the belief that it can be ensured before any action considering the possibilities, so that it then be done completely by myself," he wrote in 1944. "We learned a bit 'too late that the source of the action is not thought but the availability of liability."
Nor is the time of our acceptance or teleology. Instead, it is the era of doubt, of hope, trust. And endurance. "I have often wondered where the line between the necessary steps and the equally necessary resistance be made before the fate," writes in 1944. "I think we have to actually lay hands on things big and special, but at the same time do what is obvious and necessary in general, we have to face the fate and timely submit to it. (...) The boundaries between yield strength and therefore can not be determined in terms of principle: one must be present and the other taken with the decision. " Just asking
